Registration Process
Complete details about the student registration process at Mahesh Public School, Jodhpur.
Session starts from 1st April. Registration form is available with the prospectus. The registration form duly filled-in should be submitted to the school office. Mere registration of a child, however, does not entitle him/her for admission.
Registration Rules & Requirements
Open to All: Admissions are open to all irrespective of community, caste, creed or religion.
Age Criteria: As a rule, students who are 3+ will be admitted in L.K.G class. A corresponding age scale is fixed for the succeeding classes.
Parental Presence: It is obligatory for both the parents to be present with the child.
Complete Forms: Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be processed.
Required Documents: Duly completed registration form with the following relevant documents have to be submitted at the school office:

Latest passport size photograph of the candidate and parents.

The original Birth Certificate from the municipality with one attested photocopy of the same.

Original copy of Mark-Sheet (Report Card), Transfer Certificate of the previous school with one attested photocopy of the same.
Category Certificate: If the candidate belongs to OBC/SC/ST category, a Xerox of the aforesaid must be attached with the form.
Non-Transferable: The Registration forms are Non-Transferable.
The original certificates will be returned at the time of submitting the registration after verification.
